The structure is very beautiful being a widespread hotel; we enjoyed it very much
the large green space and the independence given by the individual houses. The staff was very kind, welcoming and chef Matteo's cuisine was delicious, with new and refined dishes every day. The location is quite far (3km) from the center of Vieste, but easily reachable by car or bike... The hotel is, however, very close to the beach with a well-organised and very clean beach. We had a great time in an environment where peace and relaxation reigned... a must try! We will be back
We spent a holiday from 3 to 10 September: a more than positive experience. From the cleanliness of the structure and the rooms, to the excellent table service and above all the food: certainly not 3 star, but superior category. Excellent dishes, always varied, plated with care and fresh raw materials. Not to mention the proximity to the partner beach: you cross the road and you're on the beach. It is 3km from the centre, but do you want peace of mind? 5 minutes by car (among other things with internal parking, which is no small feat). Excellent quality/price ratio. Definitely coming back. Thanks for everything, it was what we needed to regenerate.
We stayed at this property the second week of August. Very comfortable living room, quite large room. We took advantage of full board, and the food was excellent, they even accommodated our 4 year old with some off-menu items. Convenient internal parking and well-stocked bathroom which has an agreement with the facility which is located just across the road. A special applause to the waiter who looked after us, truly kind and attentive.
We stayed in the last week of July. Very nice, quiet hotel with spacious houses with terraces equipped with every comfort. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and have a large bathroom. The truly excellent restaurant with typical dishes of the area and professional service: relaxing environment, very good food, well prepared and with a wide choice, kind, attentive and calm service. The location of the hotel is very convenient: in front of the beach. In 5 minutes you arrive in Vieste to take a tour, where there is a lot of movement

Beautiful hotel on the Mattei seafront in Vieste, we had a great time, we ate divinely, the staff was very attentive and kind. Highly recommended
We stayed in the last week of July, very clean rooms, very kind and competent staff and finally the cuisine entrusted to the excellent chef Matteo Arena who delighted us with excellent typical dishes of the Gargano cuisine. To be recommended to everyone.
